Meeting Location
The symposium will be held at Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian located on the southern tip of Liaodong Peninsula in the northeast of China. Dalian is a place where you can find natural scenes of stunning beauty, amiable climate and attractive beaches.

Weather
The climate in late March is fine with sunshine and the temperature is in the range of 10 to 15¡æ in day time, and around 0¡æ at night.

Transportation
Dalian can be easily reached by air from Beijing and Shanghai. There are also direct flights to Dalian from Hong Kong , and Fukuoka, Japan.

Language
English is the working language through the symposium
