Xupeitao,was born in 1962. As a senior engineer and director of Research &Development , he has worked in Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute since 1984.He got his master degree with the majority of silicate engineering from Wuhan University in 1993.Being a vice director , he has worked for the Cement committee of Tianjin Ceramic Society also since 1998.

He is engaged in the material chemistry research for many years ,especially in cement chemistry. Major achievements are "Application on low grade cement raw material" , "Production method for color cement by blending ", and "The quick analyzing method for the trace chlorine in the powder material " and so on. The quick analyzing method for the trace chlorine in the powder material is authorized for the patent and "Award of progress in Science & Technology" by the government .The production method for color cement by blending has been put into practice and much profit has been achieved.

The academic theses have been published more than ten pieces.The paper of "Production of early strength cement or mortar by cement dust with high alkali " was rewarded the first-class reward in "Fourth symposium of Huabei District Ceramic Society" . The book of "Cement Raw Material" has been published by Wuhan University Publishing House.
